NASA’s extensive exploration of space has left us with many unique and impressive images that have allowed us to get to know it a little better.
In this article, we wanted to collect ten of those images of space that we found particularly attractive. They’re all unique in their own way, so we hope you enjoy them, and as always, we invite you to share your thoughts in the comments.
This image of Hale Crater on Mars was one of the most impressive in recent space exploration.
In it we can clearly see ice and formations that reflect the presence of water courses in our red neighbor.
The beauty of this image cannot be doubted and is indisputable. Captured by the Hubble telescope, we can see a star system that appears to have only two visible celestial bodies, but actually has two groups of binary stars.
A completely revealing image that allows us to know the true appearance of the largest moon of Pluto, a dwarf planet that was once part of the solar system.
As we can see, its surface clearly reflects a violent past, its craters and irregularities testify to this.
What can we say about this miracle. It was also captured by the Hubble telescope, and we can see in it the vast remains of a massive star that “died” 8,000 years ago. One of the most amazing images in the universe.
A galaxy with an impressive presence, located 16 million light-years away, in which the formation of new stars is a constant, making it one of those with the largest number of young stars.
This picture of our star is fantastic and has a little ominous feel due to the color they gave it because as we know the Sun is really white.
In it we can see solar activity at its peak.
In this image taken from the International Space Station, we can see our “shoe-shaped” neighbor in an impressive shot that can make us feel a little smaller.
Again, thanks to the fireproof Hubble Space Telescope, we have a fascinating picture. What we see is the closest to spatial “archaeological research” that we could do with current means.
Pictured here is a “graveyard” of white dwarfs, once large and intensely bright stars found in the Milky Way.
This happened thanks to a unique event in which the Earth’s atmosphere absorbs and deflects the blue light rays coming from the Sun, but it reflects red light on its satellite that one.
The result is as beautiful as it is disturbing, so it’s no wonder it scared the oldest civilizations.
It was one of the most anticipated and well-received images by both experts and fans of space exploration.
In it we can see our distant neighbor in all its glory and enjoy the richness that its surface presents, with the great irregularities that surround its almost heart-shaped plain.
