The president of the National Electoral Council (CNE) of Venezuela, Elvis Amoroso, made a statement on Monday. Protocol of the audit of the presidential elections of July 28 to the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), which will examine the result that declared Nicolás Maduro the winner, who was questioned inside and outside the country.

On Friday, TSJ asked the CNE about verification protocols and final tally of the results of the presidential elections on July 28, as part of an investigation to “certify” the official result of these elections, which will bring victory to Maduro.

He also asked “all elements” proving “cyber attack” was charged with the institution’s computer system, which constituted “an obstacle to the timely transmission of election results,” the verdict said.

With 96.87% of the minutes transferred counted, according to the balance presented on Friday by the CNE, Maduro was re-elected with 51.95% of the vote. and González Urrutia received 43.18% support.
