PS4 emulation keeps getting better and it’s now possible to play Bloodborne on PC using the shadPS4 emulator. This emulator has become one of the most promising of all those that exist right now in the compatible, and it is logical, because in a very short time it has been able to move some titles on the said console in an acceptable way.

A few days ago it was confirmed that shadPS4 could move Red Dead Redemption Remaster at 30 FPS without serious problems and in the remastered versions of Tomb Raider I-III it could even exceed 100 FPS. We now know that it was thanks to this emulator that it was possible to play Bloodborne on PC for the first time, as evidenced by the screenshots that appear in the attached video.

This is a very important first step because it means that those responsible for the project were finally able to go through the settings screen start where you can choose brightness and create a character is where this emulator got stuck for a while.

However, much work remains. Make it clear that they will have to pass as a minimum between one and two years until we have a version of this emulator capable of moving the PS4 version of Bloodborne completely smoothly and without any problems.

Will Sony continue with official Bloodborne on PC?

It’s possible since Sony never outright ruled it out after all, but I don’t think we should get our hopes up too high. There have been rumors in the past that Bloodborne will come to PC and we already know that it didn’t happen. It was also stated that Sony had a version of this game running on Windows 7which eventually ended in elimination.

Now that the launch of the PS5 Pro is nearing, rumors have resurfaced that we could see a Bloodborne Remastered for said console and that this game will also be released on PC. Again, it’s something we can’t rule out, but we shouldn’t put more value on it than these rumors have, so don’t get your hopes up.

Personally, I think at the rate we’re going, it’s more likely we’ll end up playing Bloodborne on PC via emulation than the official version of said game for that platform, because Sony doesn’t seem to realize that. value of this game and from the sale that I could give him a compatible version… We’ll see if time proves me right.
