Businessman and billionaire Elon Musk will interview the Republican presidential candidate on social media this Monday Donald Trump.

Interview, scheduled for 6:00 PM in Mexico, could give the former president a chance to get some attention.

His Democratic opponent in the November 5 election, Vice President Kamala Harris, Trump’s lead in opinion polls has been knocked off his feet.

Interview on Musk’s social network may allow Trump reaches an audience different from the conservative religious people who attend his rallies and watch their interview on FoxNews. However, such events on the platform were accompanied by technical problems.

“I’m going to do some system scaling tests tonight (Sunday) and tomorrow (Monday) before the talk,” Musk wrote Sunday evening on the social media site formerly known as Twitter.

The interview will be broadcast live on Trump X’s official account, his campaign team said Sunday.

Trump’s access to his @realDonaldTrump account was restored a month after Musk took over ownership of X, which was suspended by the platform’s previous owners following the January 6, 2021, attack on Congress by his supporters.
