Happy divorce
If you zoom in on the license plate, you’ll see that it says “DIVORCE3.” Apparently, the current owner of the house bought it (or maybe just the car) on the occasion of his third divorce in his life – a bachelor pad of sorts.
OneRoof, a New Zealand real estate company, explained how difficult it is to get a car into a rooftop:
Putting a bed in a car with a fridge and a cheeky licence plate that said ‘divorce’ was like something out of a movie. No Kiwi helicopter was powerful enough to do the job so it was delivered to the rooftop by the owner’s helicopter, which he had to charter from Australia. Surrounding streets and roads had to be closed while the car was airborne, – says the agency’s post.
“At one point the pilot took his foot out of the door and the whole helicopter was shaking; it was bouncing up and down. We flew over Albert Park and crashed it onto the deck,” OneRoof added, noting that this was the only helicopter like this to land in central Oakland.
In fact, the penthouse is advertised for sale It was not stated whether the car was sold with the house.but if they’re going to keep the car to themselves, it’s unlikely the company will start talking about it.
No matter what, the car is still inside. It stands on a round platform of black marble. A white round carpet lies on the floor everywhere. Above the platform, in the ceiling, we see a small niche with a red frame, repeating the color of the car.
The walls and partitions of the room are also mostly made of marble, except for one, which appears to be made of glass. A drawing or sticker containing the Batman logo and the words “Gotham City” is applied directly onto it.

It looks like the one symbol of Batman. The owner also added a set of hidden hydraulic doors that automatically slide sideways in front of the person and even 14 televisions visible from the ceiling.
All this marble-Batman bad taste is complemented by the strip pylon in the living room.

The property has an area of 325 square meters and an open area of 139 square meters. It also has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, four parking spaces, and reportedly has more marble than any other property currently for sale in New Zealand.
The homeowner, who wished to remain anonymous, purchased the home about 10 years ago and spent three years transforming it into the bachelor pad you see today.
Final price unknown. Initially noted at this level 10 million dollarsbut the ad says the price is negotiable, and it looks like the new owner will have to charter a helicopter from Australia if they want to get the car back.
