Mercedes-Benz presented a special version Maybach S680It was shown at the Pebble Beach Auto Show. It is called the Mercedes-Maybach S680 Edition Nordic Glow. The car received an exclusive two-tone paint scheme from the Maybach Night Series Design Package – Northern Lights Violet Metallic over Moonlight White Metallic – and dark chrome trim. The equipment includes 21-inch multi-spoke wheels with a champagne glass pattern.

Designers Mercedes used hand stitched leather Rose Grey Nappa The interior features a contrasting Amethyst Grey stripe. This leather and rope covers the steering wheel, foldable rear seat tables and cushions. It flows into the Manufaktur trim in dark walnut with natural grain.

The Mercedes-Maybach logo adorns the high-pile mats on the floor and in the boot as well as the Rose Grey Nappa leather upholstery. The centre console bears the Edition Nordic Glow 1 of 50 badge. At the rear, the Executive Rear Seat Package Plus includes heated and cooled cup holders, a refrigerator and champagne glasses.

The car is powered by a twin-turbocharged 6.0-liter V-12 engine that produces 621 horsepower. Mercedes will build just 50 of these sedans for the U.S. market only, and they will arrive in dealerships later this year with a starting price of $340,150.
