From Arizona, on the border with Mexico, the New York billionaire said that if he returned to power, he would impose new, harsher sentences against “illegal foreign criminals.”
“This includes a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years for anyone convicted of human trafficking, a guaranteed life sentence for anyone convicted of child trafficking, and the death penalty for anyone convicted of sex trafficking of children or women,” he said.
“We will also impose the death penalty on anyone who kills our police officers, sheriffs, border patrol officers or law enforcement officers.
“There will be a death penalty with a faster trial, not one that lasts 15 years and wears everyone out,” he added.
If he defeats Vice President and Democratic nominee Kamala Harris in November, he affirmed that the United States will “be great again.”
“We will free our country from illegals, drug dealers, thieves, murderers, gang members and child (sexual) predators.
“We will make America safe again for our citizens and we will make it bigger, stronger, better and more beautiful than ever,” he concluded.
