World Health Organization (WHO) launched Global Strategic Plan Preparedness and response to stop transmission outbreaks MPOCS between people through coordinated efforts at the global, regional and national levels.

This includes collaboration with the ACT Accelerator Steering Group; the Standing Committee on Health Emergencies Prevention, Preparedness and Response; the Epidemic Management R&D Plan; and the interim Medical Surveillance Measures Network (i-MCM Net).
