Build your own AI apps with Nvidia NIM Agent building blocks

NVIDIA introduces NIM Agent Blueprints to help companies develop and deploy generative AI applications that transform business processes and increase productivity.

NVIDIA’s new NIM Agent Blueprints are generative AI reference workflows tailored to specific applications such as digital customer service chatbots, drug development, and multimodal data extraction. These kits include sample applications, reference code, documentation for customization, and a Helm chart for implementation.

These blocks give developers a head start in building their own applications by leveraging NVIDIA’s advanced AI tools and providing a comprehensive development experience for any use case. The building blocks are designed to be easily modified and extended, allowing developers to perform complex tasks using information retrieval and agent-based workflows.

The NIM Agent Blueprints also help improve applications across the entire AI lifecycle. Interacting with AI applications generates new data, which can then be used to continuously evolve and improve models. This creates a data-driven generative AI cycle, also known as a “flywheel,” that enables companies to build and optimize their own generative AI systems.

Collaboration within the NVIDIA ecosystem

NVIDIA works with a variety of partners, including systems integrators and service providers such as Accenture, Deloitte, SoftServe, Quantiphi, and World Wide Technology, to make the NIM Agent Blueprints available to organizations around the world. The building blocks can be optimized with data from customer interactions through tools from partners such as Dataiku and DataRobot for model optimization, governance, and monitoring, and weights and biases for evaluating generative AI applications. In addition, infrastructure platforms from partners such as Nutanix, Red Hat, and Broadcom support NIM Agent Blueprints on their solutions.

Organizations can deploy NIM Agent Blueprints on NVIDIA-certified systems from vendors such as Cisco, Dell Technologies, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Lenovo, as well as on NVIDIA-accelerated cloud instances from Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. The Blueprints are also compatible with data and storage platforms from NVIDIA partners such as Cohesity, Datastax, Dropbox, NetApp, and VAST Data.
