Android based devices

For Google Pixel phone users, resetting your Wi-Fi password is very easy.

  • Go Settings > Network & Internet > Internet.
  • Tap the gear icon next to the Wi-Fi network you’re connected to, and then tap To send.
  • Once you’re authenticated, you’ll see a QR code with the Wi-Fi password listed underneath.

On other Android phones, you’ll find similar options in the Wi-Fi settings, often with additional features like automatic reconnection and information about the frequency and network standard.

iOS devices

  • Go to app on iPhone Settings and choose Wifi.
  • Find the network you’re connected to and tap the blue information icon next to it.
  • Tap the field PasswordLog in using Face ID or PIN codeand the password will appear on the screen.

You can also use the pop-up window CopyTo save the password somewhere else if necessary. Options such as enabling low data mode or forgetting the network are also available on this screen.

Windows

  • To find your Wi-Fi password in Windows Settings from the menu Beginningand then select Network & Internet > Wi-Fi.
  • Select a connected network to view its properties. Click Review next to you View your Wi-Fi security keyTo see the password.

Also using the option Management of known networks You can add, forget or edit network properties.

macOS

  • Mac users can find their Wi-Fi password by opening the Apple menu and selecting . System Settings > Wi-Fi.
  • Here you need to scroll down Famous Networks tap the three dots next to the network and Copy the password.
  • Next, you must paste the password into another application like notepad to view it.

You can also view the history of connected networks and copy their passwords if necessary.
