The DMH system is also used in the second generation MG HS, which was recently launched in the European market.

Similar to technology BYD DM5.0, system DMH SAIC uses a naturally aspirated or turbocharged 1.5-litre engine. The D7 DMH sedan uses a naturally aspirated 1.5-litre engine with a maximum output of 82 kW (111 hp), while the D5X SUV uses a turbocharged 15FKE engine with a maximum output of 110 kW (150 hp).
