ABOUT federal government published last Friday, April 1, the ruling, which allows Brazilians and foreigners to enter the country without a negative Covid-19 test. The decree was signed jointly by the ministers of the Civil Chamber, Health and Infrastructure.
This news is ONLY for those who present a certificate of vaccination with a complete vaccination calendar in electronic or printed form, issued at least 14 days before boarding.
On flights or stopovers where the traveler remains in the airport area, the 14 days start counting from the time of the first departure outside of Brazil. The same rule is accepted in Europe and the USA.
The document allows entry into the country by any means, whether by plane, car, bus or ship for any international traveler, whether Brazilian or not. Again, only if you have a full vaccination schedule.
Vaccine proof via app
Entry into the country is possible only with a full vaccination certificate. This receipt can be digital through the ConectSUS app. Just login to the app with your platform details gov.br and issue a certificate.

If proof is not provided, the requirement for a negative antigen test or laboratory RT-PCR test remains.
Quarantine is also no longer mandatory for Brazilians or not who enter Brazil by air, land or sea.
