Considered the second largest music streaming service after Spotify. Apple Music has been growing since its launch in 2015, and today it has thousands of users around the world. Now, according to a JP Morgan financial services analysis published this Monday (13), thanks to Music and to ArcadianApple’s revenue is expected to rise to 36%, leading to 8.2 billion dollars by 2025 for the company.

According to Reuters, Apple will offer its core subscription services to users, including an ad-free gaming platform with no in-app purchases (Arcade), originally launched in 2019. The analysis shows that the combined estimate of the subscriber base between the two services reach 180 million three years later, where 110 million for Apple Music and more 70 million for Arcade.

According to the broker, the music service is expected to generate a large share of the revenue, with the collection $7 billion until 2025, while the game may appear in US$1.2 billion.

“Chatterjee, awarded five stars by Refinitiv Eikon for the accuracy of Apple’s estimate, expects the gaming market to reach $360 billion by 2028 and music streaming to reach $55 billion by 2025.”Reuters reported.

Revenue for the last quarter

Despite everything, Apple did not comment on estimates and forecasts published by JP Morgan. It’s worth noting that the company usually doesn’t reveal how much each service earns individually, or even how many subscribers they have. However, in the most recent quarter (March 2022), Apple’s revenue was US$19.82 billion on services such as the App Store, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, and Apple Music.
