Getir, which grew very quickly with its fast delivery service but has been in decline lately, acquired e-commerce platform n11 in June 2023. Since then, the platform has been operating under the Getir umbrella.

Today, however, there was an unexpected development about n11. According to the information in the Trade Register, n11, It is no longer within Getir.

n11 left Getir and transferred to Borancılı Teknoloji

According to the statements made, n11’s company, “Doğuş Planet Elektronik Ticaret ve Bilişim Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi”, was acquired by Getir. Direct shareholding of Getir Retail Logistics Joint Stock Company It went from 100% to 0%.

The new owner of n11 is Borancılı Technology Joint Stock Company. This company now owns 100% of the platform. Let us note that Borancılı Teknoloji belongs to Serkan Borançılı, one of the founders of Getir. Borançılı is the only partner in this company.

We’ve seen similar moves from Getir in the past, such as divesting the Kuzeyden Su brand in late 2023 and handing it over to Tuncay Tütek, one of Getir’s founders.

Getir decided to restructure in June. In this context, the company has a majority stake in groceries and food delivery. This group would manage n11, GetirBiTaksi, GetirAraç, Getirİş and Fresh Direct, which operates in New York.

Therefore, we can describe the transfer of n11 as a step taken in this context. It is likely that in the near future we will see similar movements in services such as BiTaksi, except for food and grocery delivery.
