The upcoming Xiaomi 12 Ultra will be one of the company’s coolest flagships: partnership with Leica, a powerful processor and more. Now more details about the smartphone have surfaced online.
According to rumors, the 12 Ultra will use mostly the same hardware stuffing of the camera as the Mi 11 Ultra. These are the 50-megapixel main camera (with OIS and possibly a new sensor), a 48-megapixel 5x telephoto lens and a 48-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera. There will also be an additional component – a 3D ToF sensor.
However, the display panel appears to be taken from the Xiaomi 12 Pro – 6.7 inch LTPO AMOLED with QHD+ resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate. The hardware base of the new smartphone should be the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. The phone will run MIUI 13 out of the box (based on Android 12). As for autonomy, they promise a 4800 mAh battery with 67 watts of wired charging and 50 watts of wireless charging support.
