The Canadian retailer has announced the price of the Intel Core Ultra 200K, the new generation of processors that the chip giant will introduce at October 10thand whose launch will take place on the 17th of the same month. This launch will be limited to four different models, each of which will also have a KF version, leaving us with a total eight processors.

The Intel Core Ultra 200K processors are part of the Intel Arrow Lake-S family, which we’ve given you a lot of detail about before. Coming back to the question of price, the list prepared by the said seller points to several changes compared to Core Gen 14 launch price equivalent in range, which is undoubtedly a very positive.

All prices are expressed in Canadian dollars, but I have converted to US dollars and Euros to give you a more complete overview of possible equivalents. Prices in euros They also include 21% VAT to have the data more in line with the real price that these new processors could have when they arrive in Spain.

For comparison, I remind you that in Spain the Intel Core i9-14900K had a recommended introductory price of 699 euros, which means that the Intel Core Ultra 285K it could be a little cheaper than the listed chip. The same will happen with the rest of the models if we compare with the Intel Core i7-14700K and Core i5-14600K if the conversions I have provided you in this article are met.

I’m convinced that Intel will bet aggressive pricing strategy with this new generation as it needs to drum up interest in the Core Ultra 200K after the issues it had with Intel’s Core Gen 13 and Core Gen 14.

This will of course be very positive for the market and for consumers as it will allow us to buy new generation processors at lower prices and as it represents more competition for AMDwho might eventually drop the price of their Ryzen 9000s to face the new Intel Core Ultra 200K.
