ServiceNow is introducing AI agents that can use company-specific data and support different departments. ServiceNow aims to increase the productivity of companies around the clock.

ServiceNow introduces AI agents for IT, customer service, HR, purchasing and software development, helping companies increase productivity day and night. These agents work autonomously within the ServiceNow Now Platform and provide deep contextual insights to complete tasks.

ServiceNow’s AI agents are evolving from simple prompt-based actions to advanced task execution, leveraging company-specific data to provide personalized solutions. The first applications focused on customer service management (CSM) and IT management (ITSM) are expected in November 2024. These AI agents will reduce problem resolution times and increase the efficiency of human employees.

With the introduction of the Now Assist Skill Kit Organizations can also develop and integrate their own AI capabilities, making it possible to create customized AI solutions that are specifically tailored to a company’s needs.

ServiceNow continues to expand its AI offerings and plans to scale AI agents for a variety of business processes. This includes multimodal AI that can process data from different sources such as voice, video and images. By 2025, the company expects to introduce even more applications that will enable companies to further optimize their workflows.
