A quick poll conducted by CNN among registered Americans who saw Tuesday’s presidential debate concluded with Vice President and Democratic White House nominee Kamala Harris outscoring former President and Republican nominee Donald Trump. in spades.

According to CNN, Voters who watched the debate also had higher opinions of Harris than they had before the debate.although few changed their opinions of Trump overall.

A 45% of respondents said they had a positive view of Harris, while 44% had a negative view.which marks an improvement from before the debate, when only 39% viewed it positively.

Meanwhile, Trump debate watchers’ opinions have changed little: He 39% rated it positively and 51% reacted negatively after the debate, a similar percentage of the same voters before he took the stage.
