With the acquisition of Userfull based in Boom and Lubon from Zoersel, ConXioN is taking a step in its growth strategy.

Through the double acquisition of Userfull and Lubon, ConXioN strengthens its position in Flanders, particularly on the Brussels-Antwerp axis. The IT specialist is further expanding its expertise in IT integrations, cloud solutions and digital workplaces. With these acquisitions, ConXioN is responding to the growing demand from companies for tailor-made solutions from strategy to implementation, in which new technologies such as IoT, data and AI play a key role.

Userfull’s expertise in IT integrations and custom development as well as Lubon’s experience with cloud solutions and virtual workplaces perfectly complement ConXioN’s existing portfolio. “We are already strongly anchored in West and East Flanders, but these acquisitions strengthen our presence in the rest of Flanders,” says Chris Debyser, CEO of ConXioN.

IoT, AI and hybrid work solutions

Since 1990, Userfull has built a reputation as an IT integrator with a focus on hybrid working, custom development and software integrations under the leadership of Robin Talboom. Through this collaboration, ConXioN can even better support companies in their digital transformation. “Our shared customer-centric vision is the basis of this collaboration. Lubon has over 25 years of experience in cloud solutions and complements ConXioN’s recent acquisition of ITCE late last year. “We are delighted to have found a home base as part of the ConXioN Group. Our technical knowledge in digital working environments is very extensive and together with them we can further expand this. Thanks to access to much more specialist knowledge in data and AI, business applications, security, etc. and their close relationship with suppliers and sales, we can support our customers even better. “It’s a match made in heaven,” adds Luc Bonjean, manager of Lubon.
