Apple claims to be improving iPad includes a new battery and outer case, a new white box, and all instructions and accessories, including a USB-C charging cable and power adapter. Apple says the refurbished devices undergo “thorough cleaning and inspection,” as well as full functional testing to ensure there are no defective devices.

All refurbished iPads are covered by Apple’s one-year limited warranty and 14-day return policy, as well as AppleCare+. While there are savings to be made here, it’s clear we’re talking about two-year-old iPad models with less iPadOS support.
