The administration coming to our mobile phones is now gaining applications that will facilitate procedures together with Social Security: The new premier application, consulting for business life, paying debts to the treasury or Register as a freelancer. Now available on Google Play Store.

Accessing the website from the phone and entering the administration through secure access does not cause too many complications, it is not for nothing that mobile browsers are more than capable of loading content and facilitating procedures. Although adapted application It represents another step towards simplicity, especially with examples such as My Citizen Folder, Appointment or miDGT. The new Social Security application also follows the same path.

Importass Social Security portal in application format

In 2021, the Treasury centralized all procedures and queries in a web-based access portal: Importass. From here, it has become much easier to consult the data stored in Social Security or to carry out procedures that previously required going to the offices. The next step is now complete: Move Importass from web to mobile app.

The interface design is minimalist, with as few icons as possible and a style of access and segmentation that reminds us of the Tax Office application. White backgrounds, blue and yellow accent colors, well-readable information and an access system that requires the usual secure identification methods: Cl@ve, digital certificate and SMS.

Many of the transactions performed via the Importas portal on the web can also be performed via the application. For example:

• View and download the business life report.
• View and change personal data registered in the treasury.
• Everything about outstanding debts in Social Security. Pay, postpone, request payment reports…
• Register and cancel freelancing. As well as check receipts or simulate freelancing fees.

To access the Importass Social Security app, you must download the app from Google Play and log in with a valid authentication method (we used a digital certificate). Based on our experience with the software, the app is easy to useIt provides accessible and clear data, allows you to enter a large number of procedures in a few clicks, and we did not encounter any execution problems.
