Former US President Donald Trump said he received a “very nice call” from Vice President and opponent Kamala Harris about an alleged second assassination attempt on him over the weekend.

“And I have to say, President Biden called me yesterday, he was very kind, and we had a very pleasant conversation. I appreciate you calling me and telling me what happened the other day. And he says he’s committed. And today, just recently, I got a very nice call from Kamala. It was very nice. It was very nice. It was very, very nice. And we appreciate it.”
