D-Link is launching a 5G mesh WiFi kit for 499 euros. The two-part set consists of a 5G outdoor antenna and a WiFi router. Together, they form a complete 5G mesh mobile broadband solution for areas with inadequate or non-existent network connectivity.
D-Link’s mesh kit offering is expanding with the new DWP 1010/KT mesh WiFi kit. It ensures a seamless connection in homes and businesses, but can also be used in campsites, construction sites or in living containers. It uses WiFi 6 technology with four simultaneous streams, 1024 QAM and OFDMA technology for greater speed, range and network efficiency.
Thanks to the SDX62 module in the 5G modem, you have the opportunity to get a robust cellular connection with download speeds of 1Gbps. With protection class IP65, the modem can withstand any weather.
Indoors, the AX1500 Wifi 6 router offers theoretical WiFi speeds of up to 1.5Gbps. The router has a Gigabit WAN port and a Gigabit LAN port.
Thanks to the dual mode, you can choose between 5G and LTE connectivity depending on the reception quality.
The D-Link DWP-1010/KT is now available for 499 euros including VAT.
