Skoda’s presented a sports prototype built on the basis of an electric crossover Enyaq RS. The new model does not look like a crossover at all – it looks like a sports car from some body series. The car had a body lengthened by 10 cm, a large rear wing and an aggressive front bumper. Glass was replaced with polycarbonate and some body elements were made of composites. This, together with other measures, made it possible to reduce the weight of the car by 316 kg. Ground clearance has also decreased by 70 mm.

The power plant has not changed – a pair of electric motors powered by a traction battery with a capacity of 82 kWh produces 340 hp. But by reducing the mass the speaker improved: Skoda Enyaq RS Racing It takes less than 5 seconds to reach 100 km/h.

The car was given 20-inch wheels, 10-piston calipers, sports seats and even a roll cage. commercial future Enyaq RS Racing It will not happen, but Skoda said that it will use the experience it gained in the creation of this sports car in the development of serial cars.
