HubSpot announces the acquisition of Cacheflow, a specialist in B2B subscription billing and CPQ solutions. With this step, HubSpot wants to further strengthen its commerce hub and accelerate the sales process for companies.

HubSpot has reached an agreement to acquire Cacheflow, a provider of subscription billing and configuration, pricing and quote management (CPQ) solutions. The acquisition gives HubSpot access to Cacheflow’s platform, making it easier to automate the quote-to-cash process. This will help companies close deals and generate revenue faster. Nothing is yet known about the amount of the takeover.

Strengthening the trade center

The acquisition follows the launch of HubSpot’s Commerce Hub in 2023, which has since processed more than $1 billion in gross commerce volume. By adding Cacheflow to the platform, HubSpot aims to expand its trading capabilities and improve the purchasing process for customers. Cacheflow provides businesses with automated tools to manage offers, subscriptions and payments through an easy-to-use, no-code platform.

Yamini Rangan, CEO of HubSpot, emphasizes that Cacheflow’s integration aligns with Commerce Hub’s growth and simplifies the purchasing process. The aim is to further optimize the user experience for payments and customer management.

Cacheflow, co-founder of Sarika Garg, has focused on overhauling the legacy CPQ and billing processes. The company’s solutions are designed to shorten sales cycles and automate revenue management. Following the acquisition, Cacheflow will become fully owned by HubSpot and will be integrated into the Commerce Hub team.
