The EliteMini AI370 is a new Mini-PC from a Chinese company specializing in compacts. As the most notable innovation, the machine debuts with the Ryzen AI processor, which AMD presented at Computex 2024 as “best processors for IA PC”.

AMD has focused the new Ryzen AI (Strix Point series) on notebooks, but as usual, they are usually mounted on other computers, such as AIO all-in-ones or Mini-PCs, like the one we present to you today. The Californian firm launched them to cover Microsoft’s Copilot+ PC platform and are a response to solutions proposed by Qualcomm and Intel.

Minisforum is not behind when it comes to improving its compact by mounting the most powerful CPU on the platform, Ryzen AI 9 HX with 12 cores and 24 threads, frequencies up to 5.1 GHz, 36 MB cache, Radeon 890M graphics card and 50 TOPS neural processing unit.

The company emphasizes “Built-in AI enhancements that optimize everyday workflows and tasks like never before”but as with other developments, it remains to be seen how far these AI capabilities will go. Also rate the iGPU AMD Radeon 890M in games with 30% higher performance compared to the previous generation. The rest is equipped with up to 32 GB of DDR5 memory at 7500 MHz and an NVMe SSD with a storage capacity of up to 4 TB.

We also need to talk about the part connectivitywith a large number of ports on the front and back. Multiple high-speed USB, Display Port and HDMI outputs for connecting to screens or dual 2.5 GbE Ethernet LAN. The EliteMini AI370 will be available in the coming days with a $50 discount for pre-orders.

We don’t know the final price. And it won’t be economical given its benefits. But in exchange, customers get one of the best processors available in the Mini-PC segment.
