Asana’s AI Studio uses the Work Graph model, which tracks the relationship and context of all internal work. This allows the AI ​​to coordinate tasks and keep track of critical workflows.

Asana is testing AI Studio’s capabilities across departments such as marketing, IT, HR, and R&D. For example, marketing teams can use AI to accelerate campaigns and product launches, while IT teams can use AI to optimize strategic planning and manage resources. Agents perform recurring tasks such as assessing project requests, preparing reports, and structuring work requests.

Companies on Asana’s Enterprise plan will be able to access AI Studio starting October 22, 2024. Other users may also have access through the Advanced subscription.
