As part of the announcement, HONOR details how it will integrate AI detection features into its phones that can help users detect fraud or other AI-generated content as it becomes popular around the world. During the Snapdragon Summit, HONOR also detailed the Magic 7 Pro device, where it has integrated AI similar to AI devices like the Rabbit R1, along with some other features that will be included in this update.

HONOR Magic7 series will be the industry’s first intelligent agent for the open ecosystem. With a simple text or voice message, an AI agent can order takeout on the user’s behalf. With consent, it can learn from users’ habits to make smart decisions, for example, it can understand whether a user prefers coffee with coconut milk and order accordingly.

The update will be released across the HONOR device catalog over the next few months, and the HONOR Magic V3 will be one of the first devices to receive the update in November 2024. This foldable device aims to compete with the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 in both thickness and AI software capabilities.
