The NIS2 law is officially in force. Does your company fall under the legislation? ITdaily examines the impact of NIS2 on Belgian companies.
NIS2 has officially been in effect since October 17th. European legislation requires companies to invest in security and report incidents. The successor to the first NIS law extends these obligations to several sectors.
According to the wording of the law, not every organization is covered by the law: for example, NIS2 initially focuses on larger companies. However, the law can also indirectly encourage smaller IT companies to make security a top priority. This month ITdaily examines the impact of NI2 on Belgian companies.
Is your company bound to NIS2 and are you already actively working on it? Are you feeling the impact in other ways? Or is this the first time you’ve heard of NIS2? You can participate in the survey by completing the survey below.
