Google Chrome brings improvements to its performance features. From now on, Chrome will automatically notify users when a performance issue is detected. The function will then resolve it. Additionally, the memory saver feature has three different modes including Average, Balanced, and Maximum. This gives users more control over the effects of saving mode.
New performance features
Chrome is introducing a new performance feature designed to improve the browser user experience. One of these features is “performance detection”. This tool proactively identifies and provides solutions to potential performance issues. A warning message will automatically appear asking users to simply click on the “Fix Now” button to improve their browsing experience. This feature can be disabled via Settings if you prefer to change performance manually.

In addition, the existing “Memory Saver” feature, which frees up memory from inactive tabs, gets three different modes. These are “Average”, “Balanced” and “Maximum”. The Medium option disables tabs based on your PC’s needs. In “Balanced” mode, your surfing behavior and the needs of your system are taken into account. Finally, “Maximum” mode disables tabs faster than the other modes after you stop using them. These modes can be found at Institutions in Chrome below Performance.
Personalize
Google Chrome also offers the ability to personalize your performance checks. For example, users can specify websites that should always remain active, for example because they are carrying out important background work. Additionally, there is an option to enable and disable visual indicators of inactive tabs and in-tab memory usageHover maps.
