Nutanix and Inetum join forces in Belgium. The two parties will work together to offer customers HCI and simplified management of complex environments.

Inetum is collaborating with Nutanix in Belgium to expand its IT offering to include hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) solutions. The collaboration is intended to provide Inetum customers with more efficient and flexible IT solutions, with a focus on hybrid cloud infrastructures.

Advantages of HCI

This collaboration will enable Inetum to leverage Nutanix technology to provide Belgian customers with a simplified and scalable IT infrastructure. Nutanix’s HCI solutions combine compute, storage, virtualization and networking functions in an integrated platform. This platform includes both on-premises and cloud environments. Nutanix’s platform comes into its own in the context of a hybrid cloud, where it provides unified management.

By collaborating with Nutanix, Inetum in Belgium can respond to the increasing demand for solutions that offer both flexibility and simplicity, without the complexity of hybrid cloud. Inetum will use the Nutanix platform as its core component.

The benefits Inetum cites for this are the same ones Nutanix has been preaching for years: lower operating costs and leaner management. This makes it easier for customers to deploy scalable IT environments that meet their specific business needs.

Expansion and synergy

For Inetum, the collaboration not only means an expansion of its services in Belgium, but also a further strengthening of the existing relationship with Nutanix. The company is already working with Nutanix in other countries, including Spain, and is continuing to expand its HCI expertise in the European market.

Nutanix, in turn, benefits from Inetum’s position in Belgium and the broader network within Europe. Nutanix has been doing well since Broadcom acquired VMware. The company offers the only mature, enterprise-grade alternative to VMware solutions. Regardless, Nutanix also gained momentum through this acquisition. Locally anchored collaborations are crucial to Nutanix’s market strategy, with the company primarily wanting to be part of overall solutions for customers.
