During the premiere of the new features of Windows 11, Microsoft spoke about a number of innovations – except for one that lit up in the presentation frames. The most attentive viewers have already posted screenshots of a feature that the company has either accidentally or deliberately kept silent about.

We are talking about the ability to view the Windows 11 widget panel in full screen mode. Now it opens only on the left side of the screen and is displayed on top of the desktop or windows of running applications. In the presentation, a moment was lit up in which the user opens the panel in full screen, blocking the desktop. This allows many more widgets to be displayed at the same time, as well as Microsoft Start news.

Judging by the screenshot, the panel will support work and personal accounts at the same time. You can see more work-related widgets on the left side of the screen, and more personal widgets on the right side. In the current version, the tool displays information depending on the type of account – for example, business users get additional widgets with access to their organization’s files.

Since Microsoft did not give any information about a possible innovation, it is impossible to say exactly when and whether the feature will be available in the release version of Windows 11. .
