The affected devices were manufactured between April 10, 2023 and April 28, 2024, and Apple has a serial number checker so users can check if they own an iPhone that may be affected by the issue.
Apple will fix the models for free iPhone 14 Pluscamera error. Apple says affected users can visit an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider for assistance, and a mail-in option is available.
The new program covers relevant modelsiPhone 14 Plus For three years after the device was first sold and those who have already paid for the rear camera repair can contact Apple for a refund.
