Republican presidential candidate Donald Trumpheld a rally this Saturday in North Carolina, one of the key states in this election, where he sharply criticized his opponent Kamala Harris and noted that the vice president called him Adolf Hitler.
“The other day (Harris) said, ‘We want to be united. We don’t want to talk bad about anyone, including our opponent. He’s Hitler. He’s Hitler.” Have you ever heard this? She talks about unity and then calls me Hitler.“, noted the former president (2017-2021) from the city of Gastonia.
Last month, John Kelly, the former White House chief of staff, said in an interview that Trump had noted that he wanted his military personnel to show him the same respect that Hitler’s Nazi generals showed the German dictator during World War II. However, Trump denied this information.
Harris hasn’t called Trump Hitler in front of the media, but she has described him several times as “fascist to the core” which is dangerous for American democracy.
With three days left until the election, Trump said today that November 5th will be “liberation day in the United States.”

“It will be liberation on the first day. I will initiate the largest deportation program in American history. I will save every city and town that has been invaded and conquered. These cities were captured and conquered in the same way as a military invasion, except that they do not wear uniforms,” the Republican tycoon emphasized.
Trump again pointed out that immigrants are stealing jobs from African Americans and told those in his 90-minute speech that his victory would bring better jobs and a brighter economic future.
For her part, the Democratic candidate decided to approach the final days of the campaign with optimism and leave behind criticism of her Republican opponent.
“In these last few days, the vice president wants to present a positive vision in contrast to Trump, but it is also important that in the final sprint we present a clear vision of where we want to take the country,” several campaign officials said. Harris spoke to reporters.
Harris has already campaigned in Atlanta, Georgia, and will also hold a rally in North Carolina this Saturday.
For his part, Trump will make a second stop today in Virginia, a state where Republicans have not won a presidential election since 2004.
