New features of Samsung Internet

One of the most striking new features of the new version of Samsung Internet is now settings search support of the internet. This will allow the user to find and change browser settings much faster than before, forgetting about having to go from menu to menu to get to certain options. This isn’t a spectacular change, but it’s very practical.

On the other hand, this new version Includes increased security for all synced data between different devices. Bookmarks and settings will now be encrypted end-to-end. For this protection to work, the relevant devices must have it. A UI 6.1 or above.

There are also changes in this version 27.0.0.79 of Samsung Internet using scroll bars. The options for changing the bar’s position and how to hide it have been removed in order to have a cleaner and more stable design that supports user interaction.

To check if the new Samsung Internet update is available on your device, Galaxy Storeclick Menu (bottom left) and then click Updated. Once inside, you can check if you have received the update and click on the arrow next to the name of the app.
