iPhone users can now get started with Google’s Gemini AI assistant in one app.
Google makes the Gemini available to iPhone users via a standalone app. The app offers a personal AI assistant and is available for free download worldwide in 35 languages. With this launch, Google offers an immediate solution for users who want to use their AI assistant for both simple tasks and more complex projects on the go.
The Gemini app gives iPhone users access to Google’s AI assistant without having to use the Google app or web browser. A key feature is Gemini Live, which allows users to have natural conversations with the AI assistant in twelve languages. Google promises support for additional languages in the future.
The AI assistant offers various options such as helping you brainstorm ideas, generate creative images, and complete daily tasks. Examples include setting reminders, scheduling appointments, and composing emails.
The Gemini app is now available in the App Store. With this step, Google wants to increase the accessibility of the assistant and respond to the growing demand for AI solutions in everyday life.
