In the first half of last year, OPPO launched the Find X3 series, followed by the Find X3 Pro Photographer Edition in the second half of the year. Even the OPPO Find X5 series this year should continue last year’s strategy. Chinese blogger Digital Chat Station actually announced that OPPO will launch a new model of the Find X5 series in the second half of this year.

The new super-flagship OPPO series Find X5 arrives in the second half of the year

The model may be the “Super Cup” version of the Find X5 series, with previously published information. The smartphone should be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ pin processor and self-developed Mariana MariSilicon X chip.

For those who don’t know, Mariana MariSilicon X is a 6 nm specific NPU chip manufactured by TSMC. High-end flagships such as OPPO Find X5 and OPPO Find X5 Pro have used this chip and the image has been greatly improved.

Especially, Mariana MariSilicon X integrates self-developed MariLumi image processing unit and OPPO industry leader, which can support processing of images up to 20 bits and ultra dynamic gamma Ultra HDR.

OPPO underlines that Mariana MariSilicon X has unprecedented real-time AI computing power, industry-leading Ultra HDR capability, lossless real-time RAW processing, and RGBW Pro that maximizes sensor capacity.

Also, models in the OPPO Find X5 series will need to use an LTPO 2.0 display and support wired flash drive and wireless flash drive.
