The new version of Wuling Hongguang with increased power reserve has been introduced. The new car is equipped with a 1.5-liter internal combustion engine with a maximum power of 100 hp, as well as an electric motor of unknown power and a lithium-iron-phosphate battery.
Vertically positioned taillights are installed at the rear of the new car, and the area of the rear window is significantly larger than that of the current petrol model. As for the body dimensions, the length, width and height of the Wuling Hongguang Extended Range Edition are 4,515, 1,725 and 1,790 mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 2,850 mm.
Gasoline and fully electric versions of the Wuling Hongguang were previously launched with a range of 300 kilometers on electric power. It is offered for a price between $9,600 and $10,000.
