The official premiere of the new version of the luxury crossover took place in China avatar 11 – with a hybrid power plant. The machine is offered in two configurations – Max and Ultra ($ 38.5 and 41.2 thousand, respectively). Considering that we are talking about a luxury brand and a fairly powerful car, the prices are small. For comparison, the 265-horsepower Skoda Kodiaq sells for almost 60,000 euros in Germany.

The hybrid’s power plant is built around a 1.5-liter turbo engine operating according to the Miller cycle. The thermal efficiency of the internal combustion engine is 44.39%. The crossover can travel 225 km on pure electricity (the capacity of the traction battery according to the CLTC measurement method is 39.05 kWh), the maximum range of a charged and refueled car is 1065 km.

Brand representatives reported that the first buyers can count on a lifetime warranty for the diesel engine, electric motor and traction battery. In addition, the first buyers are promised a number of bonuses, including free insurance and functions of the autonomous driving system.
