Everything is transmitted to the Stanford University server in California, where the machines that process and distribute the data from the instruments of these space probes are placed.
As it is known, the pipe in Stanford University’s server burst, causing part of the laboratory to be flooded and equipment to be damaged.
Investigators said repairs won’t be completed until next year. Until then, the machines will not be able to process the new data collected by SDO and IRIS.
