Sharp announces the acquisition of Apsia, a French company specializing in digital transformation and cloud integration.

Sharp Europe, provider of IT services and products, acquires Fransa Apsia, which specializes in various services in the field of digital transformation and cloud integration. With this strategic acquisition, Sharp aims to strengthen its position as an IT company in Europe. In recent years the company has already invested in Great Britain and Switzerland.

Strategic investment

Apsia, a French company specializing in digital transformation and cloud integration, generated sales of around 22.5 million euros in 2022 and employs more than 150 people. The company offers various services in the areas of Cloud ERP, Cloud CRM, Cybersecurity, Data/IA & Cloud Analytics as well as consulting and implementation programs.

The strategic acquisition is intended to strengthen Sharp’s position as an IT company in Europe. Apsia brings extensive technical expertise to Sharp, strengthening Sharp’s position as a trusted IT implementation partner for small and medium-sized businesses and larger organizations. Apsia remains active in the French market under its own brand name.
