Leading in the list of “Turkey’s Best Employers”

Great Place to Work Institute has released the ‘Best Employers in Turkey’ list. The list is based on analytics measuring employee experience in Great Place to Work® certified local and international organizations. Pronet, our country’s leading security company, registered its HR practices based on high confidence in the votes of its employees, making it the only Turkish brand in the top 5 of the list.

Great Place to Work Institute has announced ‘Turkey’s Best Employers’ for the 10th time this year with the theme ‘Better World For All’. Great Place to Work’s Turkey 2022 list, which analyzes thousands of organizations of various sizes, sectors, maturity and structure in more than 90 countries with the surveys it conducts each year, with the votes of more than 12 million employees, including 147 top Ranking companies in 8 categories. Our country’s leading security company, Pronet, has earned the right to be the only Turkish brand in the top 5 list in the 1000-4999 employees category.
