The first stage of the rocket descended to land on the unmanned vehicle SpaceX “A Lack of Gravitas” in the Atlantic Ocean about eight minutes after launch as planned. According to SpaceX’s mission statement, this was the second takeoff and landing of that launch vehicle.
Sunday morning’s launch was the 123rd launch hawk 9 This year, almost 70% of these missions were devoted to the development of the Starlink megaconstellation, the largest satellite network ever created.
