• It will also appeal to casual users who want to communicate with friends in different time zones at a particular moment.
• Do you want to be the first to wish someone a happy birthday? Schedule a message for midnight so you don’t forget and miss a moment.
• Alternatively, you can use this feature to send yourself reminders in another account if you have one.

To send a delayed message, first type the message in the text entry field, then press and hold the edit button. After a second, a window will appear where you can set the desired sending time.

Currently, Instagram allows you to schedule delivery 29 days before your desired date. For example, if you plan to send a message today, the earliest date you can send is January 15.

When you schedule a message, you’ll see a small notification above the message entry window showing how many scheduled DMs you have. Once you click on this, you will be able to see a list of what is scheduled, and by holding your finger on the message you want, you can immediately send or delete it.
