The state organization “National Information Systems” is currently conducting technical work, which makes it impossible to access services that receive data from state records, reports 24 Channels with reference action portal.

The portal reminded that the application does not store users’ personal data, but only retrieves it from relevant records in real time. Therefore, any updates to these systems will automatically affect the availability of services on Diya.

List of unavailable services

The following important services are temporarily unavailable due to registry updates:

• Registration and amendments for sole proprietorships (FOPs) and limited liability companies (LLCs);
• Vehicle re-registration services;
• Reservation of employees for critical infrastructure;
• “isRecovery” service to receive compensation for damaged or destroyed residences;
• Obtaining extracts from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs;
• Registration of marital status records (birth, death, marriage, etc.);
• Reporting damaged or destroyed property;
• Services related to the State Register of Immovable Property Rights and the Register of Movable Property Encumbrances.

When will access be restored?

It was noted that access to all services will be fully restored after the technical work is completed. Completion of work and return of access to user services will be notified through official channels and pages on social networks.

Recommendations for users

Citizens are asked to refrain from attempts to register services related to the operation of state registers until technical studies are completed. Diya representatives promise to immediately inform about the restoration of all services and the availability of services.
