Razer has just announced halving the wait with respect to its first update arrival of the new Razer Ornata V3, which comes in a new, thinner and smaller format designed to meet the needs of today’s gamers looking for a full – size, value – added gaming keyboard at an affordable price; and a big news new mechamembrane switches from Razer, combining the best of membrane and mechanical switch technology.

Starting with its design, we find a low-profile keyboard that hardly reaches a total thickness of 27 millimetersbuilt on an aluminum chassis supplemented with an ABS key with UV coating to improve their resistance to discoloration and scratches and soft ergonomic wrist rest with magnetic closure for long hours of playing, which is often not the case in this price range.

On the other hand, the change of its upper right part stands out, when the control wheel incorporated in the predecessor disappeared, this time replaced new set of media buttons with a round format and a shorter profile, more in line with the latest branded keyboards. As it might be different within the brand, the Ornata V3 complements its design 10 light zones and dedicated backlit media keys powered by Razer Chroma RGB multicolor technology and Synapse 3 software.

Although the biggest change comes with its new switches, s activation profile only 4.40 millimeterswhich provide a softer and more muted touch experience thanks to their new mecha-membrane switches, guaranteeing excellent gaming comfort, along with a sharper and more precise touch of the keys.
