As shared on the Max Tech YouTube channel, an in-depth analysis of the 13-inch MacBook Pro M2 concluded that the base model with 256GB of storage offers write speeds up to 33% lower than its equivalent. model launched in 2021, further increased in terms of disk read speed, which will mean a difference of up to 50% lower. Specifically, according to the data obtained using the Disk Speed ​​Tess application, the speed of the new laptop would remain at 1446 MB / s reading (compared to 2,900 MB / s predecessor) and 1463 MB / s write (increase from 2215 MB / s earlier).
