Microsoft has announced two powerful new PowerPoint features for Windows and iPad users. In a post on the Office Insider blog, the company highlighted two new features, including the Cameo in the recording studio and the ability to set line spacing in PowerPoint slides on iPad.
PowerPoint Recording Studio lets you create and share video recordings of your presentation with advanced recording features. But now, with the availability of Cameo in the recording studio, you can also use the camera feed to “make your video presentation even more personal and create an immersive storytelling experience”. You also have the option to customize the appearance of the camera feed: this allows you to “apply your favorite camera styles, shapes and sizes to the cameo and choose where the camera feed is on the slide”.
Everything works quite simply. Open the PowerPoint presentation you want to save and share, then click “Record” choose “Video” to add camera feeds to slides.
Cameo in PowerPoint Sound Studio is available to Office reviewers with 2207 beta channels (build 15425.20000) or later.
In another post, Microsoft stated that line spacing is one of the most requested features among iPad users. And the company finally made it available to PowerPoint users on the iPad, allowing them to “adjust line spacing before and after paragraphs, within blocks of text, and more.” Users can highlight text and “Line gapon the » tab «houseSelect ” and then select the range parameters you want.
The new leading button is available to Insiders with version 2.59 (build 22030101) or later.
