One of the few employees of the restaurant is P-Robo.
Developed in partnership with Tokyo-based technology company TechMagic KK, the cooking machine automates the cooking process from boiling the pasta to mixing it with sauce and other ingredients, making a spaghetti dish in 45 seconds.
All the staff have to do is plate the finished spaghetti, add some sauce and serve it to the customers.
The robot also automatically cleans the cooking equipment after cooking.
“The robot has the advantage of cooking spaghetti in about 45 seconds and is designed with the ability to change the cooking temperature, heating time and stirring speed, allowing anyone to recreate their professional cooking skills,” said the person in charge. Shunsei Ishihama of the new restaurant chain by Pronto Corp.
It is stated that the development of the cooking robot took four years.
As reported by Ukrinform, Tokyo startup Rapyuta Robotics has developed a robot that will help pick goods from large warehouses for shipment.
