Realme GT Master Edition smartphone series has reached sales milestones just 12 months after its launch. Realme CEO Sky Lee took to Twitter to announce that the smartphone lineup has crossed the pretty impressive 2 million units sales mark.

Realme introduced GT Master and GT Explorer Master last year. Both models came with Japanese Naoto Fukusawa’s distinctive suitcase design. The inspiration for the suitcase’s design was people’s desire to travel during the coronavirus pandemic. The distinctive design of both smartphones has contributed to their popularity and demand since their release. GT Master accounted for the bulk of the sales of the GT Master edition. The availability of GT Explorer Master was limited.

The GT Master is a cheaper and smaller model than the GT Explorer Master. The GT Master is priced at €350 (~$365), while the Explorer Master is priced at €500 (~$521). These models are equipped with excellent screens, decent cameras, high-performance chips and long battery life. The next Realme GT model is the GT2 Explorer Master and a potential flagship. It is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. It has a 5000 mAh battery and will be released this month. Source
